Acid solution (mix one third cup of white vinegar with two thirds cup of water).
Alkaline solution (one tablespoon ammonia to ¾ cup cold water).
Put aside clean white absorbent cloths, a sponge and an eyedropper.

Now you are ready for any accidental spill.
Determine WHAT was spilled.
Check the chart to find out whether to use dry cleaner OR detergent cleaner.

THEN:
Scrape or spoon up excess materials.
Blot up spill with clean white absorbent cloth.
Place a SMALL AMOUNT of cleaning solution, selected from the STAIN REMOVAL CHART, on clean white absorbent cloth. BLOT UP excess material. DONOT RUB. DONOT BRUSH.
a. Repeat step 3 until no further progress is made. It is best to work from the outer edge towards the center of the stain. Be patient as some stains take a while to come out.
